This package includes everything you need for effective powerpoint presentations. Just bring your laptop and we take care of the rest! Featuring a 2500 lumen LCD projector, a skirted tripod scree, projection cart or table, and all cabling and extension cords. This package also includes technical support from our staff for the duration of your meeting.
Projector Support Package.........$115.00/day
If you would prefer using your own projector, let us provide all the other necessities. This includes a skirted tripod screen, a projection cart or table, and all cabling and extension cords. And for a stress-free experience, we will assist you with the set-up of your projector and provide you with technical support throughout your meeting.
Tripod Screen Package.........$69.00/day
This package is for the seasoned pro. If you are bringing your own projector and don't feel the need for any technical assistance, we offer the screen package. We provide a skirted tripod screen, a projection cart or table and extension cords.
PLEASE NOTE: If technical assistance is needed with a screen package, it will be billed at the appropriate hourly rate with a four hour minimum.

There is a 20% Service charge on all equipment rentals (Additional labor charges for extensive setups) Technicians are available at the following rates on a 4 hour minimum.

Monday - Friday 5pm-Midnight.........$69.00/hr
