Open Positions

  • 21 & Roulette Dealers – PT positions on all shifts. Now hiring dealer’s school graduates.
  • Front Desk AgentPT Front Desk Agents to provide excellent customer service to all hotel guests. Assigns guest rooms, checks guests in and out in accordance with current policies and procedures. Manages cash flow in assigned bank and performs account postings with accuracy.Maintains knowledge of hotel occupancy status, special events, in-house groups and other situations affecting the front desk’s daily operations. Processes guest accounts upon check-out in an efficient and accurate manner. Provides excellent guest service and handles all special requests and complaints not requiring a supervisor or manger until guest is completely satisfied.
  • Front Desk Supervisor – FT position available.  Responsible for primarily supervising front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Duties to include accurately answering inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations. Consistently resolving guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency,  responding to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns in a timely fashion, supervising daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures and are friendly and attentive to guest needs and service, training and directing the work flow and processes of the front desk. Resolving issues/problems and coaches and counsels the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation, and other duties assigned. High school diploma or GED required. Front Desk Agent and Hotel Supervisory experience required. Computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft office applications such as excel and word is required. Evenings, grave, weekends are required.
  • Guest Room Attendants  – Part time positions are available immediately.  Previous experience is not required.
  • Bellman/Valet – PT positions are available.  Previous experience is preferred.  You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid NV driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be able to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Cook, PUB 365 – Previous experience preferred.
  • PBX Operator – PT position. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude while offering the highest level of personalized service while answering incoming calls to the hotel.
  • Server, Marilyn’s Cafe -Part Time Servers for Marilyn’s Café for the day and swing shifts, must be flexible.
  • Server, PUB 365 – Part Time Server for PUB 365. Must have craft beer experience including 2 year’s experience as a restaurant server.
  • Bartender, PUB 365 -Part Time Bartender for PUB 365. Must have craft beer experience including 2 year’s experience as a bartender.
  • Night Auditor – Full Time Night Auditor who will primarily ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction.
  • HVAC&R Tech/Engineer –  Full Time experienced HVAC Technician. High school diploma or GED required. Must have 2 years’ experience in commercial HVAC and Refrigeration. Required to carry a universal EPA card. This is a full time position and must be flexible to work on any given shifts.
  • Security Officer-Grave -Part Time Security Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of the guests, employees and hotel/casino property.
  • Houseperson -Part Time and On-Call Houseperson.
  • Gift Shop Cashier -Part Time Cashier, must be at least 21 years old, will need TAM card before start date.
  • Dishwasher, Banquets -On Call Dishwasher.

Spa Policy

Each session includes a 5 minute pre-interview and 5 minutes re-dress period.
Cancellation policy - We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows OR cancelling 3 hours before your appointment - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show", and will be charged the full amount for their "missed" appointment. Same rule goes for last minute cancellation (not cancelling 3 hours before your appointment time).

Late Arrivals - if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you have a preference between a male or female therapist please let us know upon booking. If preference is not specified at the time of booking then we will book according to our availability. If a client refuses a service they will still be charged the full amount. This will be considered as a last minute cancellation.

Coupons, loyalty card and other discounts cannot be used with Gift Certificates. Gift certificate can be used Monday-Saturday between 8am - 5 pm ONLY. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Anything added, that causes the total price to exceed the amount of the gift certificate must be paid with either cash or credit card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates/card. (gift certificate must be present at time of purchase to redeem.)
