The newly renovated fine dining room showcases an all-new Italian steakhouse menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe. The menu features a selection of signature upscale Italian restaurant classics and pasta, seafood, tableside Caesar salad, and a variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts, including Scotch Filet, Butcher's Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, 36 oz Porterhouse, and Filet Mignon.

Bistecca offers more than just Italian steakhouse classics. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. Every detail of this Tuscan steakhouse experience has been carefully curated to be a feast for the senses. The original artwork in Bistecca highlights seven pieces created by contemporary visual artist Patrizia Didiomete. Her work complements the design and elegance of the new modern, romantic Las Vegas steakhouse dining room.

Our Las Vegas steakhouse aims to accommodate everyone, offering group dining options, corporate buy-outs, wedding receptions, filming productions, and more. Of course, if you simply would like to have what we consider to be the best dinner in Las Vegas, we are happy to accommodate that as well.
At Bistecca, we also have an outdoor dining area that is available upon request, weather permitting.
